Mr. Hay joined ALL TEMPS 1 Personnel upon graduation from Texas Southern University with a degree in business. He brings to ALL TEMPS 1 Personnel over 20 years of business experience developed through his ground up assignments within the company. He has successfully worked in every facet of the company from recruiting, business development, marketing and social media.
